The Round House: A One-of-a-Kind Custom Home

Some homes are built to sell. Others are built to stay in forever and ever, amen! Welcome to The Round House. Unique and perfectly hand-crafted for these amazing clients!

A Custom Home Built From the Ground Up

The Round House was a true ground-up construction project, built on wood pilings with a distinctive round design that makes it anything but ordinary.

One of the most incredible features of this home is its 360-degree panoramic views. The unique architecture was designed to take advantage of the surrounding scenery, bringing the beauty of the outdoors into everyday living.

From the foundation to the finishing touches, every detail was thoughtfully considered to create a home that’s as functional as it is beautiful.

Custom Finishes, Personal Touches, and All the Details

Inside, the Round House is filled with custom finishes that reflect our clients’ personal style.

We believe the best homes aren’t just beautiful, they tell a story about the people who live in them. That’s why we worked closely with these clients to make their forever home feel 100% theirs!

What makes this project especially meaningful is the story behind it.

Our clients weren't building a vacation rental or a house they planned to flip. They were creating their forever bungalow. A place to settle in, enjoy the views, make memories, and grow old together. They dreamed for years and went through so many different options. Ultimately they landed on this design, and ME as their builder! It was a wonderful experience. We laughed, we cried, we jumped for joy. It was one of those projects that will stay with me forever!
