A little bit of home, a little bit of life, and everything in between.

If you've been following This Whole House for a while, you probably know me for renovations, pretty kitchens, construction dust, and my never-ending obsession with making houses feel like homes.

But there's a whole lot more happening behind the scenes.

I'm a builder, a designer, a mom, a wife, a business owner, and someone who genuinely loves all the little things that make everyday life beautiful.

A really good recipe. A lamp that makes a room feel instantly cozier. Fresh flowers on the kitchen counter. A fabulous antique find. A home project that turns out even better than I imagined.

And sometimes, just a really good cup of coffee and five minutes of quiet. (Preferably before someone needs something from me.)

I've been wanting a place to share more of those things. Somewhere a little slower than Instagram. Somewhere I can share what I'm loving, what I'm working on, what I'm learning, and maybe a few things that have absolutely nothing to do with construction.

So, here we are.

Think of this as a little letter from a friend who just happens to spend most of her days on construction sites.

Every other week, I'll be popping into your inbox with a little collection of things I think are worth sharing.

Some weeks it'll be design advice from someone who's spent years building and renovating homes. Other weeks it'll be a favorite recipe, a product I swear by, a peek into my own house, or just a little life lately.

And because I can't help myself, there will probably be a healthy dose of shopping links, decorating inspiration, and things I absolutely did not need but somehow convinced myself I couldn't live without.

Because as much as I love a beautifully designed home, I've always believed it's the people and the stories inside that make it special.

A Little More Than Pretty Houses

When I started This Whole House, I wanted to create spaces that felt like more than just beautifully renovated rooms.

I wanted to create homes where memories are made. Where friends gather around the kitchen island, kids leave their shoes in the hallway, and someone inevitably spills something on the new sofa.

Real life. Real renovations.

And somewhere along the way, I realized that my love for creating a beautiful home extends far beyond construction.

It's the table you set for Sunday dinner. The candle you light at the end of a long day. The recipe your family asks you to make again. The way a room feels when everyone you love is finally home.

That's the good stuff.

And that's what I want to share here.

So, Pour Yourself a Cup of Coffee.

I'm not promising perfectly curated content or a life that always looks like an Instagram photo. Trust me, there's usually a pile of laundry somewhere just outside the frame.

But I am promising to share things I genuinely love, ideas I think are worth trying, and a little inspiration for making everyday life feel special.

My hope is that The Whole House Edit becomes something you actually look forward to opening.

A little pause in your inbox. A little inspiration. Maybe a new favorite recipe or a lamp you didn't know you needed.

And hopefully, a little reminder that a beautiful life isn't about everything being perfect.

It's about finding joy in the everyday.
