mission

At This Whole House, we proudly stand as a beacon of inspiration in the male-dominated world of home renovation, showcasing the unique strengths and perspectives that come with being a female-owned company. Our mission is to create spaces where joy and authenticity thrive, and where every client feels empowered to express their true selves. Driven by Emily’s passion and expertise, we bring your dream renovations to life, ensuring that each project is not just a transformation of your house, but a celebration of individuality and creativity. In this journey, we are committed to breaking barriers and setting new standards in the industry, making your vision a reality in a space where you can be authentically and joyfully yourself.

How it started

This Whole House was birthed out of Emily’s passion for renovating. Emily has always had a calling for creating beautiful spaces and bringing those passions to life again and again in her own homes! She decided to turn this passion into a business in 2018!

In 2011, Emily, a licensed designer, dreamed of the perfect home but, like many young folks, soon realized that dream was out of reach. As fate would have it, that closed door led her to purchasing her first foreclosure with oh-so-much potential.

She has always loved the challenge of taking something old, and deemed as “rubbish”, and breathing new life into it! So that’s exactly what she began to do. By accident, she got into the world of renovating and flipping houses.

Since her first flip in 2011, she continued down the path of designing and renovating spaces, not only for her family, but for clients as well.

Enter two beautiful kiddos, two dogs, a bunch of chickens, and she is living her best life! She often recounts the journey that God set out for her (that she’s still on). She is continually honored to be a part of her clients’ projects, however big or small they may be!
